Mesotherapy Indications

Mesotherapy Indications :

Why should I use Mesotherapy ?

The following indications are the main stream for the use of mesotherapy in cosmetic .
  • localized fat removal : and this is considering the subcutaneous fat , or fat under the skin ,the main ingredients used are :Phosphatidylcholine ( act as fat emulsifier , and enhance the action of lipase  enzyme )
  • deoxycholic ( a natural emulsifir that causes the destruction of fat cell wall performing the adipocitolisis ( destruction of fat cell )
  • caffeine and other methyl-xanthens inhibit the enzymes to activate lipase enzyme
  • l-carnitine ( a fat mobilizer that mobilize fat to be burned in the mitochonderia in the cells to produce energy and activate the cells
  • bio flavanoids : act mainly   by facilitating lymphatic drainage of dissolved fat .
so the process by sequence is   : adipocitolisis --------->lipo lysis ---------> fat ----> fatty acids + glycelrol --------->fatty acids transferred by lymphatic system + transported by l-carnitine  to the mitochonderia to produce energy

Mesotherapy a Frensh way of beuaty

Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy (from Greek mesos, "middle", and therapy from Greek therapeia, "to treat medically") is a non-surgical cosmetic medicine cure. Mesotherapy involves numerous injections of pharmaceutical and homeopathic medications, plant extracts, vitamins, and other ingredients into subcutaneous fat.
The key principles of mesotherapy include:

  • Use of allopathic medicines
  • Use of via intradermal or subcutaneous surface
  • Use of micro dose
  • Locoregional application (as close as possible) and in relation to the pathology to be treated

Allopathic medicines are organic-based medications that are compatible with the human body. Hyaluronic acid , Panthenol , organic silicon , Glutathion , Vitamin C ,ZINC , ,etc
all should be part of a normal organic component of human body or compatible organic herbal extract that do not posses a strong chemical integrity
Mesotherapy uses injections via the epidermis layer and applied under the skin. or could be introduced via Micro-needling , electroporation , electrophoresis , radio- frequency or any transdermal technique .

Microdosing  is introducing a small amount of the active ingredient to the nearest site of action , the small doses allow a safer less side effect and better results .
A Locoregional application is an on-spot treatment, as well as a very effective method to deliver drugs in small doses for certain regions.
