Mesotherapy Indications :

Why should I use Mesotherapy ?

The following indications are the main stream for the use of mesotherapy in cosmetic .
  • localized fat removal : and this is considering the subcutaneous fat , or fat under the skin ,the main ingredients used are :Phosphatidylcholine ( act as fat emulsifier , and enhance the action of lipase  enzyme )
  • deoxycholic ( a natural emulsifir that causes the destruction of fat cell wall performing the adipocitolisis ( destruction of fat cell )
  • caffeine and other methyl-xanthens inhibit the enzymes to activate lipase enzyme
  • l-carnitine ( a fat mobilizer that mobilize fat to be burned in the mitochonderia in the cells to produce energy and activate the cells
  • bio flavanoids : act mainly   by facilitating lymphatic drainage of dissolved fat .
so the process by sequence is   : adipocitolisis --------->lipo lysis ---------> fat ----> fatty acids + glycelrol --------->fatty acids transferred by lymphatic system + transported by l-carnitine  to the mitochonderia to produce energy
